The following conditions are part of all contracts for supplies, services, and offers of CB-Four. Sales are based exclusively on the following conditions. With the placement of the order, but no later than upon acceptance of the delivery or service, these Terms and Conditions are accepted by the customer. All ancillary agreements and amendments to the contract are only valid in written form.
All offers of CB-Four are non-binding, even if they are not marked that way. Small deviations and technical changes to our illustrations or descriptions are possible. 4. Transfer of Risk:
Pickup is at the risk of the customer. Once the goods have left the warehouse of CB-Four, the risk passes to the customer. CB-Four insure the goods during shipping according to the value of goods, if the customer does not expressly contradict this.
Any delivery periods require written confirmation. All deliveries are subject to correct and timely self-delivery. Partial deliveries are allowed. Delivery and service delays due to force majeure and due to events that complicate the delivery or make it impossible, for example Strikes, breakdowns, official orders, difficulties in procuring materials, etc. - even if they occur at suppliers of CB-Four - has CB-Four.de, even if binding dates and deadlines, not responsible.

6. Delivery abroad:
Shipments abroad will be executed only after written order and payment. Incidental Bankbearbeitungs-, transfer and overseas shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
7. Terms of payment:

8. Retention of title:
CB-Four reserves the title to the goods until all claims of CB-Four to the customer from the business relationship - including future claims arising from simultaneous or subsequent contracts - have been settled. This also applies if individual or all claims of the seller have been included in a current account and the balance has been struck and accepted. The customer is only entitled to resell the conditional goods if he herewith cedes CB-Four all claims arising from the resale to customers or third parties.
9. Complaints, Warranty:
CB-Four ensured - as part of the legal warranty regulations - in respect of all goods delivered freedom from material and manufacturing defects at the transfer of risk to the following conditions: the customer is obliged to examine all deliveries of CB-Four on receipt for defects and regularity. 10. Return Policy:

If the consumer is responsible for the damage, loss or other impossibility, so he has CB-Four to replace the impairment or value. This also applies to the intended putting into use of an object or the use of any other service. A right is not in principle for special promotions.

11. Manufacturer Warranty:
CB-Four is due to customers as part of their use of a manufacturer's warranty no obligation thereof to accept concerned for forwarding to the manufacturer. 12. Data Storage:

13. Performance, Jurisdiction:
Fulfillment and jurisdiction is Korbach in Germany.
14. Severability and final provisions
Should individual points of these terms be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Invalid provisions shall be replaced by effective regulations that are close to the intended purpose as possible.
The contract is subject to the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
