This item is a used original cylinder head + valves, for a HONDA CB 750 K2-7 + F1. Was installed in the K2 from engine number 2200001, but also fits on the earlier models and versions. In essence, this head was equipped with improved oil nozzles. 2 of the valves are turned down because of too much valve clearance adjustment above, so there are 2 used, but good valves enclosed. All threads + sealing surfaces + cooling fins of the cylinder are ok, overall good condition.
